ELABORATION.

Wine of traditional elaboration. We transport grapes to our winery in 12 Kg. boxes and they are selected manually. The musts where subjected to a prolongated maceration with low temperatures. Elaboration done in Allier french oak with extrafine grain and medium roast. The racking was made by gravity.

ENOLOGIST DESCRIPTION.

To the self complexity of Godello varietal, the body and structure of this vintage is added and also the elegant notes that french oak gives to the wine during its elaboration . Body, volume and structure make this wine to have a seductive and unique personality resulting both fresh and pleasant.

AGEING.

16 days in Allier french oak where the natural alcoholic fermentation took place.
