ENOLOGIST DESCRIPTION:

This is red wine aged in american and french oak barrels with a strict monitoring and supervision of our technical department. When the wine was at its optimal time of bottling, the total length of the ageing was five months.

The strong fruity notes allows the wine to show all the qualities and characteristics of the Mencia varietal; the time in the oak barrels complements these qualities providing subtlety, elegance and complexity.

Into mouth is silky, fruity, with persistence and very kind.
