Bodega del Abad also has an exemplary heated underground cellar with more than 500 barrels of excellent French and American oak where wines continue their ageing process until they are in best conditions to be bottled.

With an extension of 700 m2 and an excellent system for monitoring temperature and humidity, the ageing of wines in oak is done in a controlled and secure way so we can create consistent and high quality wines year after year.
Our winemakers spend time controlling every barrel so that wines are bottled at its exact point of maturity regardless of the time inside the barrel.
