Bodega del Abad (The Abbot’s Cellar) opened in June 2003. Its state of the art facilities and the technological innovations in wine production employed, facilitate a comprehensive quality control thorough the production process beginning with the harvest.

Bodega del Abad has a total area of 1,264 m2, including a superb production area with stainless steel tanks. Worth to note are the eight truncated-cone custom tanks, specially designed for the production of red wines.

Bodega del Abad also has an exemplar climate controlled underground cellar to store our excellent French and American oak barrels where the wine continues its ageing process until it reaches the perfect quality to be bottled.

The modern bottling line operates to maximum hygiene and sanitary standards, ensuring the optimum quality of the product.
