Our winery layout includes the grape reception area, the tank room, the warehouse and the bottling area, besides the office and our underground cellar. All these rooms are physically separated from each other to prevent contamination during the wine-making process.

The warehouse, in addition to its common use, serves as an isolation area between the tank room and the bottling area, two of the most sensitive areas in the winery.
