PRODUCTION:
It is the result of blending three unique plots with very unique soils. Manual harvesting in boxes and subsequent selection in the winery. The production and aging of each plot is done separately, always respecting the unique contributions of each one.
Prefermentation and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 12 months in medium-toast French oak barrels.
CONSUMPTION:
It is recommended to open half an hour before drinking.
