At 6:00 PM on Friday, October 11, the SECOND LIVE COOKING EXHIBITION FEATURING PRODUCTS FROM LEÓN: BEAN AND CHICKPEA ROUTE will begin.
The gastronomic presentation will be conducted by the EUROTOQUES Association.
Collaborating in the kitchen are Restaurant EL SERRANO, from Astorga, managed by Mr. Jesús Serrano, and Restaurant ALBORADA from León, managed by Mr. Eugenio Blanco.
The wine pairing will be led by Mr. José Luis Santín from BODEGA DEL ABAD, and technical advice will be provided by Mr. Mario Cordero, Manager of the Regulatory Council of the Alubia de La Bañeza-León.
