Gastronomic products with quality seals from the Region will be the protagonists in the kitchens of the VIP Gastronomic Area, which is expected to serve more than 4,000 meals to distinguished guests of the World Championship. In the case of wines, the company in charge of management has chosen to offer a rosé from the DO Tierras de León, a Prieto Picudo from Bodega Vile, while the white wine that guests of the UCI and the Organizing Committee will taste will be Abad Dom Bueno Godello Joven 2013 and the red, Abad Dom Bueno Mencía Joven 2013, both from Bodega del Abad of the DO Bierzo.
