Our DO Bierzo wines are the authentic expression of a unique terroir and a philosophy based on respect for the vineyard and the winemaking tradition of El Bierzo. Crafted primarily from Mencía and Godello, our wines reflect the identity of their origin, the minerality of their soils, and the character of a unique land.
ABAD DOM BUENO
Abad Dom Bueno Mencía
Ruby in color with violet reflections, clean and bright. Flooded with aromas of ripe forest fruits and floral notes.
The palate is fresh, lively and balanced, with a
fleshy tannin that gives it complexity and persistence

Direct pressing of the grapes followed by static racking for 48 hours. Cold fermentation followed by aging for two months on fine lees.

Bright ruby color with intense aromas of flowers, red fruit and sweet spices.

Carracedo Godello
Golden yellow in color with green highlights, this Godello displays a complex and enveloping nose, where notes of ripe tropical fruit and stone fruit intertwine with hints of white flowers, subtle aromas of bakery and delicate sweet spices.
The palate is intense and unctuous, with a perfectly balanced acidity that provides freshness, tension and persistence.

Harvest in 12 kg boxes with a manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation of free-run juice in 500-liter French oak barrels and subsequent aging on fine lees with periodic batonnage.

Production
Wine made in the traditional way, with a manual selection of the grapes, choosing the small-grained bunches with the stem perfectly ripe. The grapes or bunches are
subjected to pre-fermentation maceration for 10 days. The total duration of the fermentation process and maceration is approximately one
month. Its passage through extra-fine grain and lightly toasted French oak barrels, with wood chosen by our technicians, lasted 12 months, during which the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.

Tesín de la Campana
The location from which this Mencía grape comes provides a great deal of complexity to the wine, without distorting the authentic character of the Mencía. It reveals a floral profile like lavender and a characteristic touch of the Bierzo terroir, wet slate and peat. It shows a very fine spicy touch accompanied by fruit, such as blackberry, strawberry and plum. On the palate it is perceived as vibrant, long, elegant and fresh.

Average Age: Centenary vineyards.
Soil Composition: Sandy loam with the presence of minerals.

Fermentation of the entire grape in 500-liter French oak barrels. Aging for approximately 12 months and subsequent refinement in concrete on fine lees.

ABAD DOM BUENO
San Salvador
Godello from the Arbella area, in Valtuille de Arriba, from old vineyards that give lower yields and high grape quality. This is why it is classified as a “Vino de Paraje”.
It is a silky and unctuous wine.
Persistent, with a long and intense finish.
GOTÍN
Gotín Mencía
Its marked fruity character allows it to show all
the characteristic qualities of the Mencía variety. Its aging in barrels completes these qualities, providing subtlety and elegance.
Its entry into the mouth is silky, fruity, persistent and very pleasant

Production
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel truncated cone tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged in French oak barrels, with strict monitoring and supervision by our technical department. At the time of bottling, the total aging period reached 6 months.

GOTÍN
Gotín Godello
The Godello grape provides wines that give off delicate aromas of great subtlety and a tasty palate. Pale yellow with iridescence and lime green reflections, very bright and clean. Fragrant aromas of fresh stone fruits (peach, apricot…) and a very delicate aniseed floral background with mineral and citrus contributions that add freshness.
The palate is fresh, tasty, well balanced and with good acidity that brings joy and longevity. Good passage through the mouth, persistent with a clean and fruity finish.
GOTÍN
Gotín Godello Barrica
Straw yellow color, clean and bright. The nose is intense, with hints of ripe fruit, floral and spicy notes from its aging in French oak barrels.
The palate is powerful, fresh, Atlantic and tasty

Cimabella Mencía
Bright and shiny cherry red color. It has a marked fruity character that allows it to show all the qualities and characteristics of the Mencía variety; its stay in the barrel complements these qualities, providing aromas of great complexity and elegance.
Its entry into the mouth is silky, fruity, persistent and very pleasant.
