Abad Dom Bueno Mencía


A young wine that fully expresses the fruitiness of the Mencia grape. 35-year-old vineyards at 650 m altitude in Villafranca del Bierzo and Valtuille de Arriba, on clay and mineral soil. Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures to enhance primary flavours and fermented in stainless steel conical tanks at a controlled temperature. Fresh, alive, with an excellent balance, and a fleshy tannin that gives it great complexity.
