Abad Dom Bueno Rosé

A fruity and aromatic wine with a pale salmon colour. Made wholly with mencía grapes from vines with an average age of 35 years grown at an altitude of 650 m in the localities of Villafranca del Bierzo and Valtuille de Arriba.  It is made by pressing the grapes directly, followed by ten days’ fermentation in French oak barrels.
The result is a fresh and subtle wine that really shows the potential of mencía for rosés. A strong floral and fruity nose and fresh, lively and balanced flavours on the palate.
It should be savoured at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
