San Salvador Godello


Godello grapes from the vineyard of San Salvador in Valtuille de Arriba, with vines over 80 years old. Stony soils with minerals such as slate and quartzite at an altitude of 650 m.
Manual harvesting in crates and hand-sorting at the winery. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees for 12 months in 500-litre French oak barrels. Storage for 12 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
